Available Positions
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Duties may include loading, unloading, handling and distributing materials, fixtures and others as assigned
- Help maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipment
- Perform materials handling and storage
- Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the Foreman
- Daily required periods of standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and bending
- Periodic lifting up to 50 pounds
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Duties/ Responsibilities
- Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors.
- Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
- Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches.
- Inspects and fuels vehicle prior to beginning shift.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

2+ years experience preferred
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and a drug screen
- Proficient in interpreting and understanding construction blueprints and plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership/communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Assemble and install piping systems
- Prepare and submit daily reports
- Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members
- Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
Must be willing to:
- Work with the crew in the field.
- Operate equipment.
- Actively inspect the job site
- Take accountability.
- Regularly report project status to supervisors
